The competition “Robots intellect – 2011″ is the first such competition in Baltic region. The aim of this event is to encourage interest in intelligent control systems, electronics, robotics, mechatronics, and artificial intelligence among World youth.Everyone is welcome to participate in an international robot competition “Robot intellect – 2011″. Here Your handmade robot will have to find and fetch a 1 kilo “bag of gold”. Robot, first to complete the mission, will bring his creator a 9000 € prize. Also,You and your robots will be able to take part in other tasks.

is there a prize for other ranked places? Is there a sign-up fee? If so, how much? Will the track have obstacles(stairs,hills etc?), or will it be a straight line?

There is only one prize for the winner in the main task. But there will be other additional tasks and more prizes. other tasks

Is there a sign-up fee? If so, how much?

Tax for participants: 55 EUR (until 2011.04.01) or 80 EUR (until 2011.04.26 ) for the main competition. If you go forward other tasks registration fee will be 6 EUR.

Will the track have obstacles(stairs,hills etc?), or will it be a straight line?

There will be 5 or less obstacles on the track.
